Events are defined in the Events > Define an event window (see Define an event - event details window). Procedures for defining a fundraising event are the same as those for defining a regular event except for a few fundraising features.
Multiple entities
If your system is configured to use multiple financial entities (see Multiple Entity Processing), you can define a default entity code for an event and assign different entities to some or all of your event functions. This enables you to offer a mix of fundraising and non-fundraising functions, and a mix of entities receiving income, within the same event.
